Supriya (Priya) Shertukde is a multi disciplinary leader with over a decade of experience across construction management, civil engineering, data analytics, and real estate development. She founded 1Square Construction to modernize project planning, coordination, and execution — bringing structured alignment and transparent communication to every phase of building.
Background & Expertise
Priya holds a BE in Civil Engineering from Pune University and an M.S. in IT & Analytics from Rutgers Business School . Uniting field-tested civil engineering with advanced data analytics, she seamlessly connects technical design, project operations, and site execution.
Prior to founding 1Square Construction, Priya served as a site engineer, project manager, and owner’s representative on multistory commercial and residential projects. She expanded her scope by managing cross-functional enterprise operations, data strategy, and product initiatives while working as an independent real estate professional.
